Vendor Key Information

Exhibit Setup and Reception:

  • Vendor Setup: Set up is in the atrium from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the first day.

  • Reception: An evening reception in the atrium follows the setup, providing an initial networking opportunity.

Exhibitor Networking Opportunities:

  • Breaks and Poster Sessions: The agenda includes multiple breaks and poster presentation sessions in the atrium, offering exhibitors several occasions to engage with attendees.

  • Corporate Presentations:

    • Dedicated Time Blocks: Two dedicated afternoon slots (Wednesday & Thursday) are reserved for outdoor vendor-hosted excursions or sessions.

    • Presentation Options: Vendors may use these times for customer orientation or short presentations prior to excursions.
